Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. A refund will be provided after the item is shipped back to us. Baily's Beads is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages (unless you are a loyal customer that has purchased multiple times).
Cancellation of orders
We only accept cancellations of orders within 15 minutes of purchasing. Please notify us through our email at email@example.com within this period of time. Otherwise, your shipping label will be created and your order will be in production which means that we won't be able to cancel it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final. We only accept returns of damaged, defective or wrong items, which means that we do not accept returns of pieces that are in perfect condition. Please check the measurements of the product before purchasing to check if it will fit you. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We’ll be excluding the shipping and packaging supplies cost in your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
