Refund Policy

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at contactbailysbeads@gmail.com within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. A refund will be provided after the item is shipped back to us. Baily's Beads is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages (unless you are a loyal customer who has purchased multiple times).

If a shipment is sent via UPS Express and the customer has provided an incorrect/insufficient address, is not available to receive the delivery and does not contact the UPS driver, or fails to pick it up from the designated pick-up location, and the package is returned to us, we will not reship it or issue any refunds. This is because UPS charges us for the return shipping service. UPS will send you notifications of every package movement, so please stay informed and make sure to receive your package before it's returned to us. 

Cancellation of orders
We only accept cancellations within 10 minutes of purchasing. Please notify us through contactbailysbeads@gmail.com within this time frame. After that, your shipping label will be created and your order will be in production, meaning we will not be able to cancel it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final. We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong items — we do not accept returns of pieces in perfect condition. Please check the measurements of the product before purchasing to ensure it will fit you. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We’ll be excluding the shipping and packaging supplies cost in your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
