Refund Policy

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at contactbailysbeads@gmail.com within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. A refund will be provided after the item is shipped back to us. Baily's Beads is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages (unless you are a loyal customer who has purchased multiple times).

ATTENTION: If a customer provides an incorrect or insufficient address, is not available to receive the delivery and does not contact the shipping service, or fails to pick up the package from the designated pick-up location, and the package is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. Returned items in this case are not considered brand new and cannot be resold. We can only offer a gift card for the amount of the order (excluding the shipping fees and 15% of taxes for packages sent within the U.S.) or resend the item, with shipping fees the responsibility of the customer. Please stay informed and ensure you receive your package before it is returned to us.

Cancellation of orders
We do not accept cancellations of orders. Once an order is placed, it will proceed to production, and a shipping label will be created, so it cannot be canceled.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final. We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong items — we do not accept returns of pieces in perfect condition. Please check the measurements of the product before purchasing to ensure it will fit you. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We’ll be excluding the shipping and packaging supplies cost in your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
