How do we manage this?
We ship all U.S. orders via UPS using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, which allows us to pay all duties and fees upfront. Any charges that might apply are calculated and taken care of automatically, so your package arrives ready to enjoy.

Which courier delivers my order?
UPS collects packages directly from the Baily’s Beads studio and handles delivery to your U.S. address. Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive a tracking number automatically by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
